Yeah, error on the side of caution. If you think it may be too dirty then it probably is. In other words if you have any doubts at all then don`t do it. If you do then use a plush MF towel as a wash media, (I like CG Sasquatch) two buckets with grit guards, rinse well after every section and use a clean WW with a drying aid just in case you miss a spot. Other than that no real tricks.

I was thinking about the chinchillas for rinseless since they are plush on both sides but the latest batch to come in sound as though they had some quality issues (linting and chunks coming out after washing)

maybe I will look into some sasquatches...

Thanks for taking the time to share your drying method. I was going to buy the 8 hp MasterBlaster but I`m not sure I want to spend the money. I suspect I will break down and get one but for now I`m thinking of Chemical Guys Woolly Mammoth drying towels. Big and fluffy.

I like the idea of patting down or blot drying the surface vs. running the towel across the paint. Sure makes great sense! And after I`m done with the drying maybe I`ll use BF Waterless Wash before moving on to the next steps.

I have the master blaster and love it but I find that when I dry it, it leaves tiny water spots. Do you go afterwards with a towel to pick up the water spots? Thank you.

You can spend a lot of time herding the water off the paint with the MB but at some point you just need to use a towel for specific spots.

It is usually water in trim that gets blown out that causes the random drops of water on paint for me. I try to get the water off the tires and from trim first then finish the paint.

I have the 8hp master blaster and it is all you need after flood rinsing. Once is blow the water off you may need to blot some random drops but I rarely touch my paint and more when drying.

The CR spotless will be installed before next season.
