With what frequency do you wash your own car?

I washed my car on Sunday and yesterday it started to rain when I left for work. I got home and washed it again around 10 PM.

Once a week would be my standard answer. However, I usually only wash it after it`s been out in bad weather or looks too dirty to hit it with a CA car duster and/or detailing spray and microfiber towels.

Usually twice a week with ONR and then a 2 bucket wash maybe every four to six weeks so I can really clean the wheels, tires and wheel wells.

I don`t drive it in the rain unless I get caught out. I have a truck for the foul weather days and it gets a 2 bucket each week.

I`ve been trying to coax the weather gods into giving us some snow; I`ve been washing my car about every two days for the last couple of weeks. So far they haven`t noticed.

Usually I try to do it once a week, but sometimes I go two weeks in between washes.
