Is there any advantage to buffing with the PC after buffing off the wax/polish...For example, say you have just applied a coat of Blitz wax or Zaino....then you remove all the residue with a MF towel..Is there any advantage to then using a MF Bonnet on the PC and going over the whole car again?? Or is this overkill...

    Just wondering!!

I have dry buffed with a MF bonnet and a spritz of Crystal Mist. I basically did this to get rid of the "Klasse Haze" and it worked great! No more haze and a beautiful shine....

As long as you already got the residue off with the MF- I don`t think there is any advantage. (In fact, it only increases the risk of accidentally encountering some newly-fallen piece of abrasive dust.

I sometimes buff residue off with the PC, but once it is gone I stop. (I would only do this with a microfiber bonnet over a soft foam pad.) I have ALWAYS had BAD results when PC-buffing with anything else, like a terry bonnet.

I agree. The PC will help alot if you`re trying to remove some hazing from a difficult to use product like Klasse. I`d use a PC to polish out a glaze. But for most everything else hand removal works fine.

As you know you`re working in the products so well with the PC that there is almost no product to polish out by hand, let alone PC.
