Don`t want to rain on your parade, but I doubt you will find one, new or used with the foam cannon attachment.

My father in law has a Karcher 2 series. It sprung a leak (one of the internal plastic pipes split). I was able to fix it but when I was researching there is a better than even chance it will have some issues especially with leaks and you end up spending the more to fix the hoses, etc. They are just not that rugged nor designed to last..just occasional use. Never let water freeze in them. They do not repair them if they fail. If it fails on day 1, they will ship you a refurbished one..not a new one unless you squeal. There are many refurbs on ebay.

Since it has been fixed, I must admit it has worked for some time (several jobs - pressure washing the house, deck, etc).

I did some research and the minimum you should get is the Karcher 5 series with the induction motor. It runs around $270. You can get a refurbished one for less.

Stay away from Task Force!, go with Karcher, You will be getting a Disposable Pressure Washer! I would save my money and get a Gas or Electric belt driven Pump Pressure Washer

I have exactly what you are looking for. It`s what I use. under $100 and you can get a $10 foam gun attachment. I paid $79.99 for the pressure washer and bought 2 foam gun attachments and got free shipping on anything over $100. so I paid like $104 shipped for the pressure washer and 2 foam gun attatchemts. i`ll send you a link

The cheaper the equipment, the more you will be replacing your equipment. By investing in a nice pressure washer you can expand your business into doing homes, businesses, driveways, etc.

The equipment will pay for itself depending on your advertising success.

I have a Karcher 1500 from Home Depot and it still works well after two years of being abused. It was 69.99 or so.

At under $100 you will get a throw away unit but but for throw away units the Ace Hardware PW has held up surprisingly well for using it in an industrial setting at my old job before I started detailing for a living. It lasted for 3 years and is still going in a corrosive atmosphere (Acid air) and that says a lot because most everything rusts to pieces in there in just months. I think it was around $80. foam gun not included.

I bought a taskforce 1600 pressure washer from Lowes. I paid 45 bucks for it (sale) and have used it about half a dozen times with my foam cannon. It got really bad reviews on Lowes website but I took the risk. It works great for my car. We will see how long it holds up for me. Another person has had the same PW for a year and still going.
