I stopped by Wal-mart today, but I only saw Detailer`s Choice chenille mits and pads... no 100% cotton, no Viking, no STP Vision Blade . There was a wool mit, but it looked like a different one. The label said, "Will not scratch most polished finishes." MOST? That`s discouraging. The old ones said they will not scratch at all, guaranteed. I was pretty disapointed.

There was also some 3M bottles at Wal-mart. One was called "Finish Restorer," the other was a rubbing compound that "safely removes 1500 grit." I can`t find these on the 3M website. Anybody know what these are?

Man I have the same sickness.

I go to Safeway for a quart of milk- I <strong class=`bbc`>must[/b] cruise the aisle with the car stuff. K-Mart? Same thing. Raley`s? Same thing. Walgreen`s? Same thing. Orchard Supply? Same thing. Home Depot? Same thing. Kragen`s? Same thing.

Like I <strong class=`bbc`>have[/b] to know what they carry. Like there`s going to be something there I`ve heard about, never seen before, and just have to try. (yeah right).

Damn good thing they don`t carry car care stuff at Starbuck`s......

    LOL Chuckmotor, great ZFX line!

I am with carguy here, I cannot even go to Vons or Albertsons (or even Michael`s crafts store!) without looking at detail supplies. Heck I found some at a college bookstore! LOL

Just went to Walmart few hours ago to check out new DVD releases. Honestly I had no intention to buy any car care products but still ended up buying these. The worst part is I already have these (except I am currently using a different nozzle with less settings and a bigger Chenille pad with cotton logo on it) so I`m sort of just stocking them up. Well, I did buy Fast & furious

Hey it`s a lot better than drugs, crime, floozies, etc. And you end up with a great looking car. Well, I gatta go by Wal Mart for some, lets see sugar, yea that`s it sugar!

Hey, wait a minute.....I`ve been detailing my car just to try to attract the floozies! Did I miss something? BTW, I`ve been using 100% cotton chinele wash pads made by TurtleWax. I picked up a couple of the Viking after reading some posts, but to be honest, the cotton yarn on the TurtleWax product is much thicker and longer. I was dissappointed with the Viking pads. I do love Vikings foam applicators.

Where are you finding these 100% cotton wash pads and wash mitts???? I went to Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, Pep Boys, Sears, and Wal-mart today and I didn`t see anything that said 100% cotton!!

They prob ran out since Viking is going to discontinue them. I did not find it at Autozone/Kragen around here either, but found it in Walmart. That smaller wash pad in my pic is not that good (too small, actually I bought it to wash my lower panels). The bigger Wash Mitt is much better.

DK still has some of the wash mitt left. I thought you knew? E-Mail him and you can stop looking!
