What do you dilute it at for cleaning tires and wheel wells?

Does this stuff clean better than Megs APC+ ?

The dilutions are listed on Optimum`s Forum, but to save time they`re listed as follows:
    - Engine and jambs 1:1,
    - Wheels-tires-wells 3:1,
    - Presoak 5:1,
    - Interior surfaces 10:1,
    - Carpet TLC and light stains 20:1

Haven`t tried Power Clean yet, Meg`s APC+ in my opinion is good stuff.

I start 3:1 on tires but also use 1:1 when needed. I think on tires OPC works better than APC+ at same dilutions but then I have APC+ around too since it is cheaper.
