Recently I took the wife`s 09 Sonata in for an oil change.

The seat position was changed; the tilt wheel position was changed; the radio was switched from XM to FM1.

They have NEVER washed my car. Except this time. I was on the phone with a client and forgot to remind the service writer to keep that brillo pad away from my car.

My next appointment will begin with an order to not make changes to ANYTHING and reiterate DO NOT WASH.
