    Any Rinseless Washes 4 Coatings?

I may not be up on ALL the latest and greatest... But, are there currently any RWs available that leave nothing behind?

I know Meg`s used to make one, right? Is there anyone making one now?

Something you could use on a coated car and go directly to a coating booster product. I`m trying to do a longevity test with PBL coating and I don`t want anything with polymers tampering with my results.

    TIA.

I got 27 months on v1 (outside daily driver), so there`s you`re baseline... was only topped once with Synergy at 6 months (edit: pbl started to seriously fade at 18 months though and just gradually diminished afterwards)

during that time I used Pinnacle RW, Blackfire RW and ONR and I saw no noticeable disagreement between PBLv1 and those RW

Actually I thought Pinnacle RW was a great product to use because it added some nice warmth for a few days to the paint

PBLv2 fell flat at 3 months on my trucks testing - PBL needs a topper (it`s quite a weak `coating` based off the other products I`ve tried) IME and IMHO

CarPro`s new Ech2O is specifically made for detail/rinseless washes on coated vehicles. Seems to be a new forum favorite.

I`m pretty happy with Wolfgang Uber personally but I`m not sure if thats considered as a product that leaves nothing behind?

    Rinseless Wash BETA Testers Needed

Wet set out to develop a rinseless wash that leaves NOTHING behind (no gloss enhancers, no wax, no polymers - NADDA!).

You can also dilute it for use as a detail spray, waterless wash, paint stripper (think IPA).

Who wants to test it out?

if you want a RW that leaves nothing behind so you can go directly to a coating booster

save a step and RW with ECH20

If you can find some D114 still laying around somewhere pick some up. It left nothing behind. Glad I still have 2.5 gallons left.

I understand where you are coming from. Towards the end of 2016 I ended up just using ONR on my mom`s car that has PBL V2. It has polymers in it but I would not say that they are durable polymers. They are there to encapsulate the dirt and act as a cushion between the paint and towel. It was mentioned on one of the forums that ONR won`t interfere with someone applying some sort of maintenance spray after a wash. I actually used PBL coating booster after an ONR wash and didn`t notice any difference.

Yup. Follow Nick on instagram @McKee_37_car_care for those that have instagram or McKee`s 37 on facebook. He just posted a video of the bottles in their new labeling machine. Not sure if the video is still up or not. I could not make out the name of it but they look to appear ready.

That is word around the streets as they say. A guy on AGO is about to send me 3 ounces to try it out. This is where D114 was king. I know it`s not a rinseless but Poorboys spray & wipe waterless wash is something else to consider for wipedowns. It`s said to leave nothing behind. Ron you are the Poorboy guy around here. I will let you answer that.
