Looks like an MTM Foam cannon with a gallon of soap to me.

I agree with Ccrew, looks like the mtm with a gallon of soap however look at the color difference in the soap he is using in the video and the soap that is show with the cannon. Looks like he has green soap in the cannon and the gallon of soap included is yellow? Are my eyes playing tricks on me?
