Though I live in Europe it`s easier to order from the US than UK or Germany. All British companies I`ve contacted by email never answered, and usually online shoppings are local only.

The only products I bought in Europe (not CE, tho) was leatherique, from Norway, it took almost two months to get here... (they didn`t charge my credit card before shipping tho).

Once I placed an order with carlack, but with expenses and all, a € 20 bottle would cost me almost € 80 here!

It is a very valid point. These days it is very easy to order from the States or almost anywhere in the world. What I am trying to do is create a signposting for the British members or more specifically the new British members.

Although the site is mainly American in nature, I did not want any new members to think that the products discussed on Autopia are not available in the UK. I included some European sites as an alternative to buying from America. There is also a connivance factor of knowing almost every motor factor in the UK will sell 3M products or most Vauxhall dealers sell Sonax products.

Yes LoweJackson, this is great info for UK guys, in fact, I think this thread should be sticky.

I was just complaining about not taking any advantage on living in Europe, closer to the UK.

Just received a response from Stoner, their products are not on sale in the UK. Their focus is on the USA market.
