Yes, welcome back Dave. It is a strange problem with GJ as it`s supposed to be similar to Carlack68 & AIO & I don`t think I`ve seen those problems reported from either of those

If you can use AIO then you can use Grojet
I`m just fine thanks and its good to be back. I`ve been trying to break the addiction, but it only took a visit or two here and nope, I`ve still got it, lol
Yeah dunno what it is with the Grojet, I try it and put it aside. Maybe next time!
I can`t believe you kiss your car good night.

I just used my Groject2000 for the first time today and I must say that it`s sooooooo similar to AIO it`s unreal!
Only difference I noticed was that it seems slightly thinner in consistency and slightly lighter in colour - other than that, it performed just the same as AIO.
I should be getting my Carlack sample by Tuesday from Andy, so I`ll do a short write-up once I`ve had a chance to use all three products.
My name`s Craig...
...and I`m addicted to detailing!
Chaps,
Firstly, Craig your stuff was posted yesterday.
Secondly, SVSP can order some Carlack Acryl Spray Wax as per this link to the Carlack site (4th product down)
http://www.carlack.de/english.php4?sid=VmJJya2x
They`d be asking £16.00 for a 500ml bottle and I`ve agreed to see what interest I can generate here - I`ve provisionally asked them to order 6 bottles.
Who`s up for some? I guess those who`ve used 68 already will be as it`s so darned good!

Whats the Poly Lack Andy is that the SG equivilent?
I think so Rich and as you know I`ve been so impressed with the 68 I`d be hugely surprised if the spray was any less impressive.

Well the 68 is fantastic..... Is the spray wax a carnuba wax replacement ?
According to the website. Poly-lack is designed for plastic surfaces. This is what it says under "cleaning tips":Originally posted by Richt
Whats the Poly Lack Andy is that the SG equivilent?
"POLY-LACK Super Surface Protection
"Clean and care solution especially developed for yachts (plastic materials), plains and computers
"Cleans and protects smooth plastics and painted surfaces in one step. Its 4 phase acryl-paint protection-compound cleans, regenerates, preserves and protects for months. Our product is biological degradable and environment friendly.
"Please do not use on underwater paints, as this will neutralize the anti growth effect".
If you click on the product listing page and click "car care" under Poly-lack it says:
"Especially developed for cleaning and protecting cars (plastic), airplanes und computers".
I`d be aprehensive about ordering this without some further clarification from Carlack themselves.
Ben
Cheers Ben, I was having trouble with the site doesnt work to well here with my mac.
There was a reference made some time ago about AIO and SG were not designed to work together. One was for cars and the other for yachts, it was only a coincidence that they complemented each other.

Agreed.
