It worked fine on my chrome tip tail pipes, but scratched my chrome rims.

I have used it on a few sets of wheels and have not noticed any scratching. You can instead use an AIO or polish with a microfiber towel. I use Meg D151 or Ultimate Compound to polish chrome all the time.

It`s a chemical based cleaner on wool and will not scratch the surface. I use it on polished aluminum to clean it before I start polishing. It`s more than safe on chrome but will need some dry buffing to get the smears out from the chemicals

Would agree with the above, never heard of it scratching (unless the chrome had a VERY soft base it was applied over).

I have used it for years without any issues. Maybe try using it somwhere on the inside you dont see and do a test? But I am sure you will be fine. Works great good luck

Yes, i use it all the time. Works great. Maybe the cotton picked up some grit and caused the scratches. I have had that happen. Otherwise, easy to work with.

    Re: Never Dull

Thanks for the help. Im going to try it on a small space and see if scratches and if it does, i wont use it anymore. I also just got dual exhaust on the truck with stainless steel tips. Will Never Dull do good on them??

It`ll work great, although personally I like P21S Polishing Soap better.

Just make sure your surface is clean first.
