    i cleaned my BMW tips with laquer thinner and 00 steel wool and polished it with 3M machine police on the 3M 3" air polisher and it came out looking better than new...

    Once you opticoat your tips, a simple washcloth brings them back to full luster...

    I got bored and polished my exhaust from the muffler back. I spoke to the folks at Shine Seal and was told their product is good to 750F so I went with them.
    2 years/4 coats later and it still looks great. I just hit it with detail spray before a show. It`s a multi-step process but maybe worth it to you.
