Quick and painless wheel cleaning:how to

I don`t want to waste my time laboring over wheels. It`s not fun like polishing paint or applying LSP`s .I`m not going to mention any products here as there are thousands that work. But if you want quick and painless cleaning of your wheels, do it often, and USE THE RIGHT TOOLS.

If your wheels are very dirty, clean them with a suds wash and iron cleaner, but if you have stayed up on them, all it takes is what`s listed here: a waterless cleaner, a horsehair brush, a tire applicator , protectant, and MF towels.

So mix up some waterless and soak the wheel, agitate the corners with brush, do the tire too, soak again and wipe off with MF.

Then use the applicator to wipe on the protectant, don`t spray the tire. Wipe rim with MF.....done...one time around will usually give you matte look, two times gloss. I can do all four wheels in about 10 min. Do it often, use the right tools and enjoy fac fresh looking wheels and tires for years.
    All the tools:

    Tire applicator

    the important thing: the brush

    All done!

What do you mean, wheels aren`t fun? Yes, I will admit that when I want to work on the paint, I don`t particularly feel like spending a ton of time on the wheels, but I think a beautifully-detailed set of wheels and wheelwells can be just as satisfying as gleaming paintwork. For my regular rinseless-wash routine, I find a black microfiber and regular wheelbrush do a fine job for weekly maintenance.

For me it was this. Maybe two times out of ten would I actually have to touch the wheel. One of the best products I`ve ever purchased.

Consider me a weirdo but I love cleaning my wheels and tires. Especially after dressing my tires. Just sit back and enjoy a freshly washed car top to bottom.

    This.

Even if my wheels are pretty clean I find myself still using all my various brushes/wheel woolies and designated tire cleaners. I guess I could tone it down since my wheels don`t get that dirty...

I want to try this out. I just wonder if it is acid based or not.
