Okay. I suppose these have never been used? Also, does this polisher`s backing plate have a bunch of holes drilled through it?

1 of the orange ones have been used for about 5 minutes... I will check the backing plate when I get home. I`m in Cordova, but will be in the Park/Ridgeway area today around 6pm.
