I have my Lock-tile flooring installed. I still need to apply a roll on sealant. It is not necessary but will help prevent stains and add some gloss.

    The tiles are 19 5/8" sq x 1/4" thick

    The buildings inside dimensions are 18`W x 28`D x 10`H

With 6" black rubber cobase edging installed

That looks great. Is it waterproof once you put the sealer on?

    That looks good.

I`m planning on doing something similar in the not too distant future. I was undecided on the sealant, but the extra sheen looks pretty good.

Approximately how long did the install take?

Did you get the sealant from Lock-tile?

The install took about 3 hours for just the tile. Just a rubber mallot is all thats required. Cutting tile for the smaller pieces was the most time consuming. An electric hand saw was used.

Yes the sealer was recommended and purchased from Lock-Tile.

    Andeck CLEARCOAT 44

It also makes the dovetail joint seams watertight.

    Thanks,

    $7.50 per 19 5/8" x 19 5/8" tile

    Aprox. $2.80 sq ft.

    $150 for 2 gal sealer

Plus freight from NJ -> AZ

    This was directly from Lock-Tile
