Sean, if you don`t mind me asking, what`s the rent (if you don`t want to make it public, at least shoot me a PM?)
I`m curious as to what an apartment with a garage goes for in this area. I`d do a lot of bad things for one.
Congrats Sean! The garage is the perfect size to move around the car. It`ll be a nice shop for non-SUV`s you detail just as long as your neighbors don`t mind the noise.
I`m sure it`ll look killer once finished.

Wow excellent, good idea with the blocks under your stuff too. What size is the garage too in ft/m whatever. It will be excellent for you to detail when its too hot or cold (does it get cold there?). Good job. You could check out garagejunkies.net for some good ideas.

Congrat`s dude. The Townhome I`ve been renting for 4 years has detached garage`s (about like yours) and I didn`t get one till I picked up my A4 last September. Night and day diference between working in the garage and outside.
Sometimes I`m out there at all night. I can wash my car in there too w/my PW.
BTW
Where did you get those halogens? I have mine on a tripod up front but have been looking for some lighting for the walls so I can see the sides of the car better when detailing.
Got the halogens at Lowe`s in the lighting aisle. They were only $25 each set.
Good for you, it will work...it will be nice in the winter!
