What is the best way to clean / degrease a 30 yr old concrete floor?
It recommended using TSP prior to etching with my Epoxy floor coating.

I`m not going to be painting or epoxying. Just want to clean the floor up, its a mess.
There are garage floor cleaners (check Griot`s if you don`t mind their prices) that work OK, especially with a hot-water pressure washer. I got the floor at my previous garage (ex-Ford dealership, pretty nasty floors) clean enough for practical purposes with this approach. Not spotless/sanitary, but good enough for a shop.
superclean degreaser (or similar) ... super purple... anything...
spray or dump on a WET floor and scrub it around with a nylon push broom... let that sit for a while, try not to let it dry, and then mist water over it again, and scrub for a while....
rinse it all out, it should be decent...
you might have to do this more than once...
