An impact driver is a must. I use it more than a regular drill. The drill is now for pre-drilling and tightening things that I don`t want to strip.

Also word of warning: get bit sets designed for drivers.
Also the kits with nut drivers and a bits to fit 1/4 + 3/8 and maybe 1/2 drive sockets.
