Don`t we all?!?! ;)

I had the painters do all my walls and ceilings in high gloss white (they tried talking me out of it though i was crazy) it adds a little more light reflection and it is way easier to clean and most stuff (dust and such) doesnt even stick to the walls.
Went up to the house today and took some interior pics. Stuff is mostly finished. In having this house built, we had to make a TON of choices on interior materials, colors, flooring, lighting, configuration - everything....
We had no experience in this and no idea what it would look like when everything was matched together. It was a bit nerve wracking, because who knew if something would look bad?
Anyway, I`m pretty pleased how it came out. Kitchen and living room:

nice! i have the same electrical outlet/cable hole plate. i had them run a pvc pipe inside the wall so i can drop wires down and not have to worry about fishing lines in and out
I was wondering about that - because I was thinking of adding a sound bar to the TV. My friend has a pipe in his wall... I`m not interested in like some $18k surround sound system with tweeters made only from the silk of virgin silk worms - just a $300 Costco special.
This is an actual virgin silk worm (I`m surprised `cause she is kinda cute):

If there is no PVC pipe down there, is there still a way to fish wires from the TV? Or, are these systems Blue Tooth now? I don`t know any of this stuff, I`m a life long renter.

I mounted mine to the TV via bracket. you should still be able to fish wires. just takes more time.
swanicyouth- Hey, I like the edgework on the countertops, that`s nice (and practical too).
Moving stuff in. Settlement went really smooth. First stuff I`m moving is detailing supplies. This is just the first haul. Mostly pads and towels.

Congrats on finally getting in the house.
Thanks.... Nothing is worse than moving all your stuff. It`s a major project. I`m wiping everything down with Pinnacle rinseless in a bucket. I already moved the ONR - but the Pinnacle is better. It really works well on furniture and around the house.

You gonna use that Gel-Gloss?
The Cerama-Bryte might be handy for use cleaning the (inside of) the oven if you`re not gonna do the self-clean cycle regularly.
I`ve never had good luck with the Stainless Steel products.
