Wifey and I took out a home equity line of credit to do some renovations. We are in the process of ripping off the existing deck and building a large composite deck and adding another bay to the garage area.. one of the original bays is going to be converted to a laundry room/mudroom.
Presently, the garage just has the one wall finished as per code. the rest is exposed studs and rafters. The garage will be completely insulated, drywalled and painted, the rafter area will have an attic pull down for storage.
I`ve already gathered some "swag" to put in the new garage.
