I went into Northern tool to JUST BUY THIS today

    $3 bux......for a male end......thats it.

    Soooooo

this is what I got to go with it....

I orginially went in for the brass connector you see on top

I put the air to this new gal and shet started to move so I held it down...on the concrete it was not a problem...very steady

Goes to the full 22 inches in about 4 seconds if you want it to.......swuuuuuuuuuueeeet!.

Got a roll of goo rubber hose so it will reach all the way out to the truck or the tahoe from the garage....

I gotta tell ya........this is the most expensive male connector I have ever bought.....

    Air powered bottle jack....awesome...and safe

Meets all ANSI, AMSE standards and it appears to be built like a freeekin tank. Fits under the Hoe and the truck just fine......lifts sooooooo ez...

Anyway.......just a jack...thought I would share todays score, and my distinct lack of willpower. They WERE however 10% off all jacks all types nation wide.

Please Please Please ---- ALWAYS put a jackstand once it`s up in the air.

    Seals can fail.

Those air jacks are sweet! We have a few of them here at work and they are THE BOMB DIGGITY!! You`ll take all your hand pump bottle jacks to the scrap yard the first time you use that bad boy on somethin!

Hmm...interesting! Two of my regular floorjacks are sorta overwhelmed by the DenaliXL and that might be a good solution  The pad looks a little small though...any problems you can foresee?

    Accumulator.

Make your own customized pads. Chopsaw and a 2x4 ;-)

Unless you have a buddy with a CNC

chefwong- Heh heh, I`m careful about what I burn up favors on

If I did a 2 x 4 I`d have to cover it with something that wouldn`t mar up the frame rails while still being non-slip, easier said than done.

And no, I don`t have a chopsaw either
