    Hello All,

We just closed on our new house Friday. Sunday, I was moving some paint cans in a box (you know what`s coming) and the bottom busted open... and a can hit and opened on the concrete floor...

The floor is not sealed. I`m sure that means the paint soaked into the concrete some.

SO... I`m hoping all you smart folks out there know of a paint remover I can get over the counter, other than something like Methylene Chloride. If MC is the only thing that will get all the paint off, then I`ll have to use it. But, I`d prefer not too.

Any wisdom you can offer is appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Ian

Thanks! I might look into that... But, I need something OTC so I can go ahead and get started on the paint clean up to be ready for another garage project.

I don`t think you want the cement remover. I think Applied Colors misread your post. That will remove cement from paint but not paint from cement.

Goof off or Krud Killer work well with small smatters of dried latex but if you have a lot then I would try a good APC straight and power wash.

I just bought a new house and the builder`s painter was a slob. I found "Goof Off II" worked very well on latex paint he had got all over the ceramics etc.

    Good Luck

    TSP might work.
