    Looks incredible!

I plan to work on my garage this spring, don`t think I`ll get it anywhere near that as it`s a community garage that I`m partitioning off, but I will try!

If you could get a flat screen, surround sound, and a small fridge in there, I don`t think you`d ever go in the house anymore .

I`m in the same boat. Living in California makes it damn near impossible to own a home.

You truly have a nice garage. One day, one day...

What did you use for the hot & cold water faucets? How exactly are they hooked up? Is there some sort of mixing valve or do you simply hook up the hose to the hot OR the cold?

    Thanks from another VAG Fan

To get to some of the questions:

-Costs of the cabinets. Lowes.com, search "Coleman storage". The prices are reasonable

-More storage. Yes, more is better and I may expand.

-The water outlets. I have hot/cold spigots with quick connects. Pop-on/off when it`s time to switch to hot.

Which quick connects did you get for the hot/cold water? Where did you get them?

Looks fantastic. I really dig the checkered flag design. I have seen a few garage floors done that way and they look amazing.

What did you do the checker floor with?

By the way those cabinets look really good. For those in Canada, sorry but your outta luck getting Coleman cabinets as O`Suivan went bankrupt, and the new owner of the mfg is only selling to Lowes.

I picked up the connects from Griot`s Garage

The site says they`re brass now. Mine are stainless.

The checkered floor is simple peel/stick tiles from Home Depot. About 20 cents a pop. The nice thing is that they score/snap like real tile so you can make clean fitments.

What did you do to prep your floor? I`ve been researching this for my new house and it seems very labor intensive. Did you go to the extent of etching it with muranic acid and renting a power floor scrubber?

The Rustoleum kit comes w/a bag citric acid cleaner.

It prepped/etched the concrete very well.

Almost a year since the install and there`s very little tire pickup or damage from jacks, stands, dropped tools, etc.

Love the cabinets, I picked up some myself.

For anyone who`s interested, I believe they are being discontinued and are on clearance at my local Lowes...
