Polishing an 800HP Beast. 5th gen SS

Hey guys. Had a opportunity to polish up my buddies 800hp Camaro.

    Little background on the car.

427 LSX block, Mast heads, Whipple supercharger, Direct port nitrous, Stand alone fuel system, stereo, suspension. 800hp on the blower and then another 200-300 worth of nitrous!!!!

The Camaro was in need of some love from being in and out of the shop over the past year or so. It had over spray all over it including the wheels. Once I got the car prepped and the overspray removed it wasn`t too bad underneath. And seeing that 80% of the car has been repaint/re-cleared and has softer than factory clear a nice one step with a wax was perfect.

Washed with Mothers car wash soap
Wheels cleaned with Dawn/apc (didn`t want to risk damage to wheels)
Overspray removed with Meguiars clay and ONR as a lube
Flex 3401 with SF4000 using black and white CCS pads
paint was topped with Pinnacle Synergy
Wheels sealed with Hydro2. Tires dressed with Pinnacle Black Onyx tire gel.

Interior was vac`d. Plastics dressed with Pinnacle vinyl dressing, leather treated with Pinnacle leather conditioner.

Didn`t get any before pics. So here are a couple finished shots. Was a little cloudy out so the metallic doesn`t show but in the sun it just pops right out!

That is more true than you know. The sound quality in the stereo is amazing!!! Sounds like your front row at a concert with no distortion. Simply amazing work by the shop that built this car(Extreme Performance).

I bet more than that! You wouldn`t believe the amount of extra wiring, dynamat and fiberglass on the inside of this thing. Thank you for the kind words.

Beautiful ride and fantastic work!! I`m pretty sure I would lose the system but hey, he wants to hear his music over the car I guess.

Normally I would agree but this is a all around type car. He shows it/drives it on the street a lot. It hasn`t seen the track yet due to complications but should be hitting the track over the fall/winter. Just a plain monster. And the sound from the exhaust is just plain awesome!
