    2003 Lincoln LS

    2003 Lincoln LS 80k miles customer wants an inexpensive clean up to put up car for sale.

    Exterior:

    Rinse
    Foam with CG CWG
    Wash with Griots MF pad and Foam Cannon simultaneously, 1 bucket of clean water,
    Dry with leaf blower, Uber MF waffle weave towels, Megs D155
    AIO-Megs D151
    Uber-5.5 inch MF pads
    Topper-Megs D156
    Windows-Sprayway

    Interior:

    Megs APC+
    Megs Carpet and Upolestry
    Mothers VLR
    Windows-Sprayway

    Engine:

    Megs APC+
    Various brushes
    Megs Cleaner wax on painted surfaces
    Megs Water Based Dresing

    Wheels:

    Megs All Wheel and Tire
    Various brushes and buffer stick
    Sonax tire gel

    Headlights:

    Megs 105
    Megs PlastX
    Megs UPW
    Adams 4inch focus pads
    Sears cordless

    Towels:

    Costco for wheels, jams and interior
    Cobra towels for the rest

    Nice turnaround man! How do you like sprayaway as opposed to other window cleaners?

    I have the same car in the same color, it`s dark blue, right? I have been going to to a paint correction on mine. I did start on rear driver fender and didn`t have much luck with the combination I was using. Did you find the paint was hard? I`m not an experienced detailer, just a novice. However, I do have a flex 3401 VRG.

    In general, I find ford paint to be med to hard. D151 did a great job of knocking swirls and scratches. On most of the Ford paint corrections I have done I like Megs MF cutting with D300 and M105 if I need extra cut.

    You took that one over the top, the paint looks outstanding and the motor great (as well as the rest of the detail)!
