    Fixing a $75 detail!

This car was detailed, and I use that term very loosely, last month by a repair shop!
The very nice lady said it was not right and asked if I could fix it.
My supply guy goes to that shop and told me all they use is Meguiars diamond cut on a wool pad and armor all spray wax!
All correction done with Rupes system,NO washer, then coated with C Quartz Finest. Ammo mud on tires, sonax trim gel on trim.
    Thanks!

75$ detail says it all, great recovery. That price makes me cringe...

Great job! Why someone with a car like that would use the cheapest person around always makes you scratch your head. Nice fix though!

You should make a Power point to send to all the people who wonder why you are charging more than $ 75.00.

I was at a friends house for dinner and one of the other guys asked what I had on my car. (it was raining hard) I explained what it was (coating done 6+ months ago) and that I did it myself. He said he has his car gets "waxed" ever week for $ 15.00 at the local hand car wash. I said every week? He said that it part of a wash and wax package they sell. (20 dollar wash plus 15 wax if the car is waxed weekly) if it is not waxed weekly the price increases, by how much I don`t know.

I said how long does it take? he said about 1/2 and hour. I said 1/2 and hour to wash and wax the car? he said yes, 2 guys wash the car and then on guy applies it and another removes it. He did not know if it was liquid or paste but in either case, it cannot be too durable if it needs to re applied each week. It is a black 5 series and I saw it at night. Wonder what it looks like during the day. I`d bet it looks like a 15 dollar wax job LOL. Seeing the difference is a curse not a gift!

His car was beading well I have to say.

The nice thing is they left enough compound for you to finish the job w/out using your own
