Nick, That my friend is true detailing, what a wicked turn around, hey, question, I use a Makita 9227c what type of pads do you recommend? I have tons of LC CCS Smart Pads, Hydro Pads (they blow) as for durability, Purple wool foam pads, Surbuf.....But kinda unhappy about the way they all perform, I know there has to be some better pads for Rotarys out there

    WOW Nick,
You did an amazing job on that MB. There was a bit of everything there (swirls, RIDS, scratches, water spots and major orange peel), and you kicked it`s but BIG TIME!!!!
Your before and afters really tell a story.
    Great work.:notworthy:

Great work Nick. I detailed one of these (on live video stream) about two years ago. Super cool cars, but the work you did on this is AMAZING! Hope all is well!

That is odd. I use 5.5 pads on my makita and the result is just down right amazing. I have used so far LC pads and its what has worked best for me. Its just wierd how you say that you are unhappy about the way they preform.

Thanks for ALL the compliments! I was surprised to see 3 pages when I logged on!!!! Thanks guys!!

Sorry guys, been super busy the past few days. Working on another couple of projects right now.

I`m not sure why you`re having issues with the pads. Before MF, I used all the same pads you`re having problems with now. So I`m not sure what to recommend, but it could be the paint you`re working on also(if you`re just working on your own car). Makes you mad enough to just pull your hair out! ~X(

Stunning documentation and revival. A great and timeless car being brought back to life is something all car enthusiasts enjoy looking at, and I hope the owner is as excited and grateful for your work as I know I would have been if that was my ride. Great job!
