Why not many put Klasse or Zaino on the wheels now.
Absolutely. I use it for that.
Lone Wolf- I use Meguiar`s #20 on my stock winter rims. It does a great job. I can spray the hose on them and most of dirt comes off. It also makes them a little brighter. I use #20 instead of SG because I have so much of it left.
Sorry I haven`t been around the last 5 days, I was stuck on my latest project. A quick sneak peak...
Terrible factory paint.
During
Two quick afters
(you can see the orange peel in still in the gas cap)
Couple of notes...
This was some of the hardest paint I have worked on and there was not a flat panel to be found. Basic process was to hand sand with 1500, then 2000 in a cross hatch, then finish with a DA and 3000 grit. Then break on the wool/rotary and start cutting, for a long time.
Good lord! You definitely had your hands full on that one Todd, but it looks great!

I would have loved to see the owners face as you began to sand. As the paint got dull did you ever think about saying OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!
Just crossed my mind!
What did they do, model the paint after the groves near PAC??:banghead::banghead:
Wow, that was some project. Can`t wait to drool over the write-up.
Great work.
How does a car like that come out of the factory with paint looking like that. You`d think when you are spending that kind of coin, everything should be perfect.
Looks awesome as usual from you Todd.
Can`t wait to see the rest.
