    FYI:

There`s a Zaino group buy at the Thunderbird and Cougar Club site. You do not have to be a member. URL=http://www.tccoa.com/articles/misc/zaino/

    From the site ...

"With your order of any four Zaino products, any

combination, andÂ` (applicator pads excluded) you

will receive free one regular size (16 oz.) bottle of

Zaino Z-7 Car Wash. Of course you also get the

customary free applicator pad thrown in. If you

want, you can even order four of a single product

    and get the Z-7 free."

Just a note, I went to that page, sent an email to see if it was still active. I haven`t gotten a response, and now that page has been removed.

Does this forum ever sponsor Zaino group buys? Or do you know of other forums that sponsor Zaino group buys?

I haven`t ever used Zaino, but am anxious to give it a try. Was hoping to get something for free in the deal.

The forum does not sponsor group buys the members do.

Anyone can initiate a group buy. Please read the following post http://www.autopia-carport.com/forum...&threadid=5379

It looks like an old page because it doesn`t include "ZFX" in the product form.

One of the other members just pointed out to me ...

Not sure about the details but there definitely is a Zaino Group Purchase going on (that is going on through January 25) on the Acura MDX Forums. Here is a "working" link. http://www.acuramdx.org/forums/forum...php?forumid=12

Go to the detailing forum ...the Zaino GP is one of the first threads you should see.

    ========

Sorry about that other dead link

    1997 Cadillac Deville

    1997 Cadillac Deville, 63k miles.

Client went with a one step on the exterior and some sealant.

    A before shot:

The wheels, tires and wheel wells were cleaned with Super Degreaser, WB, APC, various brushes, and DC car wash.

I did a hand wash with Gold Class Shampoo and a microfiber wash mitt.

Rinsed, then dried with Water Magnets.

I clayed it with Blue Mild Clay and LT at 1:1.

I then did a one step polish with M205, my PC and several W8207 pads. Ithen sealed the paint with NXT.

Tires and wells dressed with ASD.

Glass cleaned inside and out with Glass Cleaner Concentrate at 10:1.
