Awesome turn around. Very nice gloss. The trim around the mirror looks brand new.

Wow really great work on the Bimmer Dave! I used to be gun-ho about paint correction but have way more fun doing the little things. Stunning work, the paint looks wet and the details are perfect.

Sometimes getting a root canal can be more "fun" than paint correction  Todd but I agree too that the finer details are enjoyable and easier for the quick satisfaction of a before and after (tailpipes, engines, trim)

Dave, you lied. You said it was light correction work, not perfection. Looks pretty perfect to me, good job as always.

I dont lie. Anything highlighted in blue shows left over defects, pretty much all of which could have been removed but I kept the job simple with a 2 step light cutting and finishing as per the requirements and of course the $$$ involved.

Gotta love a clean, shiny Bimmer! Great job.

I may have missed it, but did you use anything on the silver window trim?

Its being replaced along with some interior molding along the doorline so I left it alone as you can see its completely oxidized.

Just for kicks I attempt to see if it could brighten up a bit... nothing worked. Metal polish, steel wool, M105 on a hand pad, didnt even make a dent.
