Detailing 1993 Mercedes Benz 500E live on web cam

I am doing work for a client in Northern Florida at Bobby Likis shop in Pensocola. Bobby has the largest privately owned radio show in the nation, it is very cool.

He had set up a web cam to broad cast from www.watchbobbylive.com

If you scroll down there will be a link with yours truely doing what I do.

The subject is a 1993 Mercedes Benz 500e, which is different then an E 500. This car was hand built by Porsche in Stuggart and at the time ran circles around the M5. Very cool car.

So far it has been cleaned and the plan for today is to clay, tape it up, and hopefully polish out the majority of the deeper acid rain etching. Tomorrow (if on schedule) I will finish polishing and detail it.

    Wish me luck!

Paint readings all over the place, from 4.5 to 7 mils, but this is a hand built car.

Already clayed with BF Clay Lube and Polyclay II and taped up.

Next is going to be a little grinding with rotary/wool/M105.

I can see the car and the shop, but no one is in the picture. I`ll just keep watching. Things come slow in the midwest, you know.
