    3 Classic British Roadsters

Pulled all 3 of my convertables out of the garage today to do some cleaning. All 3 stay nicely detailed locked away during bad weather, so a quick shot of PBs S&W cleaned them right up nicely.

The MGB wears multible coats of P21S, while the Spitfire prefers Natty Blue and the TR6 likes Duragloss AW.

Hope you enjoy the pictures, the cars are as fun to drive as they look and I do drive them as often as I can. Its not often that I take pictures of all three at one time, so I thought that I would post them for the old timers to enjoy

    Re: 3 Classic British Roadsters

I`m not sure of the cars by style/name other then you have a very nice collection. I know the car in the backround in the 2nd pic is wearing blue tarp not sold by any of the sponsors what do you have on the vehicle (wax) on the far left it looks to be the wettest..

1)MGB is the one on the far left P21S ?
    2)TR6 DG AquaWax far right
    3)Spitfire NB middle
    4) blue tarp of in the trees
I did a search on the cars i hope its right ..

Thanks for taking the pics for us to enjoy..

    The cars look fantastic!
Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask, "Where have I gone wrong?"
Then a voice says to me, "This is going to take more than one night."

    Re: 3 Classic British Roadsters

    Joe,

you are batting 1000%, you got all 3 correct.

the car under the blue cover is a rust free 1966 Mustang body to use on my next restoration project. The body on my 66 Mustang has lots of bondo and about 7 coats of paint on it so I will use the one under the cover and the mechanicals from my current one.

    Probegt,

I am old, but not quite old enough to buy a car new in 1970 (age of the TR6) as I was 8 when it was new

I bought and restored the 3 convertables in the last 5 years.

Thanks for all the positive feedback,

    Paul

here is another shot of my modified 78 MGB taken last winter after using OP, PBsPP, RMG and a 4th coat of P21S.

    Antonio,

I have always wanted a Alfa Spider, but have never pulled the trigger and bought one. They are beautiful cars and would fit right in with the Brit ones.

nice cars. As my dad has 1956 Austin Healey 100m that he loves very much. It`s just waiting to finishing rebuilting the motor and then it can be on the road by spring I hope.

    Re: 3 Classic British Roadsters

Thanks for the pics, it`s great to see three fine examples of a bygone era and congrats for the fine work you`ve done on them. I had English roadsters for many years also, a 64 Alpine, a 69 TR6, but never kept them. If only ......
