    Land Cruiser Weekend Detail **PICS**

    Hey everyone,

Been a while since I`ve posted w/my Blue RSX, but I`ve recently been busy detailing a lot of cars, my job this week is a Toyota Land Cruiser . Huge car. Should take a couple days, but here`s what I`ve done:

    Detergent Wash x 1
    Clay Bar
    Zymol Cleaner Wax x 2

..God, I love Zymol. Saves me a step or two, and works fantastic. This and Back to Black have been lifesavers on this particular car. BACK TO WORK!

Sure, it`s shiny, but how smooth is it, and how does it look in direct sunlight?

Are you planning to do any polishing to remove the swirl marks? i dont think zymol cleaner wax has enough cut to its cleaners to take care of those swirl marks..
regardless, i am surprised at how wet the paint looks. AWesome job

Swirls? Naw, Zymol`ll take care of most of them. If it was my car, maybe. I`m not done, I`m about 2/3 of the way there, tomorrow I`m off so I`ll finish it up and maybe throw on a Natty Wax topper for the heck of it. SOoooo tired. :hungry:

How can a wax take care of swirls besides hiding them if that even ?

it is a cleaner wax so it can have some abrasives to help remove swirls. IT also probably contains a bit of fillers to mask defects. Good job. Candy coated afters!

Just use one of Meguiars paint cleaners such as deep Crystal #1 or #83 or #82 ..
Then wax or seal or seal then wax .. :noexpress

Looks good but going by your sig, the swirls have still to be overcome.
