Very interesting to see past Autopian contributors, like Chris @ Optimum & Todd@Rupes.

If you are looking for a decon process similar to this, you should try Googling (internet search) Automotive International, Inc. Valugard ABC Decon System.

I’m a fan of ABC. My understanding is it isn’t that popular because it only comes in gallons. That’s alright with me though because I’ve bought plenty of other gallon size products.

While I did find some good uses for FK1119 (and am glad I still have it on the shelf), for the most part that`s probably good news as one could do some real damage with that FK system and that FK1119 is really nasty stuff to use. (Never tried their Acidic product as Ketch, who sure oughta know, convinced me it was basically damage waiting to happen, and I don`t scare easily )

The ABC system is considerably slower/less aggressive, but oughta still do the job, and there are other systems on the market now too.
