    how to books for pros

Are their any good reference books for detailing. I am kicking around the ideal of detailing a little on the side. I really want to start out right and give people a good service. I have been giveing freebies to friends and family to see how much time I have in different services. Plus I got some input on how well my job held up to to the pros in the area. Any advice on the buisness or trainning aids would be great thanks guys have good day.

IMO, you have the best training aid is right here. Even though a lot of the business aspects about detailing isn`t talked about here, detailing is. You`ll get all of the information that you need and then some! Just take some time, read through previous posts and ask questions if you get stuck along the way. Welcome to DC.

I got this book as a gift: Amazon.com: Start Your Own Automobile Detailing Business (Start Your Own . . .): Books: Eileen Figure Sandlin

Great book & I would highly suggest you pick up a copy. Not so much on detailing, rather on starting a detailing business.

I have that book too. It actually isn`t super great, but its not bad. I think that a lot of ideas in that book are also on a lot of forums.
