Is it something you have already printed or something you will be printing? It`s not really business card dimensions and won`t fit in people`s wallets, which is where you want them to keep your card. Stick to traditional dimensions whenever possible. Or use a service like vistaprint.com to upload your graphic and put your text on it.
Oh no, that`s just an enlarged view of it. The actual cards are 2" x 3.5", printed on Avery Bus. Card paper, template #8371. I used OfficePrinter2.0 (downloaded from download.com) to design the card. I saved the card as one whole graphic then uploaded it, so that`s why it`s so hugeOriginally Posted by Jngrbrdman

ahhh... why is the word `quote` sort of cut off there at the end?
Don`t take this the wrong way, but from a printers perspective they look like crap.
If you want to use a car as the backdrop i would use a full image of it, not just the hood. I`d bring it out to a nice location also to get a somewhat professional shot of it. maybe by a lake, or the ocean, or even a hillside. The yellow and black don`t flow well with the green camaro either IMO.
Make the name of the company bigger too, make it so that it goes from side to side of the card. That what you want people to see. That you are a detailer.
Also, where the call for free quote is i would put your name in bold letter with the title of owner under it. Put the the quote part over the location.
I don`t have any of my files on this laptop i`m using or i would show you mine so you can get an idea. I`ll post a few tomorrow, gotta go up to the print shop anyways to make some for my body piercing shop.

It`s Sonic Blue actually. And I`m not sure why the "e" is cut off, it isn`t in the cardsOriginally Posted by TrueDetailer

Quite honestly, my advice is that if you are going to hand out business cards without any details on what your services are, then you should at least have a web address on there so they have an opportunity to see your work. If I found this card then there isn`t a lot of likelyhood that I`d call the number. Now, if there was a URL on it that had some pricing or examples of your work, then that would be another story. I would definitely think about redesigning this card before you hand it out to customers. I think you can probably make it look a little more professional.
Jngrbrdman is right and that doesn`t happen too often, we should all take notice. I also think you should make a stronger statement by saying something along the lines of: "Specializing in Mobile Auto Detailing, Premier Auto Detailers or Mobile Auto Detailing Specialists". Most cards in the business world include the company`s tag line. Tag lines typically don`t change and stay with the company for many years if not throughout their life time. Tag lines are what companies come to be known by. It`s the Real Thing, It`s a Pepsi Generation, Built Ford Tough to name a few. In this case a tag line may or may not be appropriate, if so now`s the time to develop one. Say something that encourages the thought of these guys are detailing experts, I would be crazy to look elsewhere. I too think you would benefit from a different back drop and more car. Double sided cards from places like the one linked above aren`t that expensive. This is the place to say let me come out and give you an itemized, thorough, professional or what ever type quote, if you get my drift. Maybe some of your pricing or the services you provide could be included here. Your card at this point isn`t busy, don`t let it get that way. If you have a website make sure it`s on there.
