My phone number is out there, but almost everyone emails me. I prefer email/text as it is a solid record of what was discussed.
I also have several canned email responses so I can copy, paste, change a name, vehicle type and price and have a rough estimate to someone in a minute`s effort.

Email is very impersonal, voice, face to face, people gain trust.

I personally really dislike the txt message communications or business. I prefer phone and email second.

hi folks I am new and was snooping around and came across this tread,i am actually going out on my first days work at two dealers tomorrow,its a new business,i found the phone a great start followed by a face to face,and in others I just walked in and introduced myself,for me, I have to meet them and shake their hand.
