    Hot water extractors

I`m looking to get a hot water extractor. I don`t do a lot of details, maybe 3 a week, so I don`t need a 30 gal job. I have seen tow that might fit the bill.

Both are in the $600 to $700 range. Any thoughts, or other unit to consider?

I will let you know in a few days about the mini mean. I ordered mine last week from the same place and suppose to get it tomorrow or Wednesday. The owner Eddie was great when i asked him all the questions. Call him and ask him any questions you got and he will take the time to answer all your questions

I`m very interested in hearing your thoughts about this unit Chris. I am in the market for one as well and am wondering if this small unit will be sufficient.

i have the mytee 6 gal model and it works great .. you can use alot of water on mini vans and large cars so the 6 gal tank is handy .. stopping to refill all the time and waiting for water to heat on a lesser model is a real time eater .... time is money

Do you vacuum before you use the extractor? I know... pre spot, shampoo, then extract... But you know what I mean.

Anyone use a vapor cleaner on carpets and seats? I am thinking about buying the Desidero which includes an extractor also.

I just dont know if you use vapor on carpets and fabric seats to clean?

The Aztec is the same as the mini mean and almost the same as the durrmaid .

I had checked them all out for about 2 months before I placed my order.

    Re: Hot water extractors

I recently purchased the Myteelite (3gallon model) and I have to say it is alot better than what I was doing before (just cold water scrubbing) but I still find myself scrubbing just not as much. Overall I have to rate my machine pretty good and have to say that it was definitely worth the $700 I paid for it.

I got to say that this little machine does amazing work. I did 2 cars today and they turned out mint. It`s going to make shampooing a lot faster and easeir on the body.

    Cheers
