Sorry everyone, just got back from a couple days of snowboarding up north. The revisions will be done by jan 9th as that is when the special offer on the cards runs out. Again, thank you for the suggestions.
Brace - I would never have noticed that spelling error so thanks.

Here are my revisions. I don`t have photoshop or any other sufficient editing program so all this was done on paint, and on the vistaprint website.

I am still open for further criticism so please post your suggestions. I am ordering them later tonight.

on the redesign. That looks good.
Thank you...one last question; If I join the PDTA can I put there info on my business card?

The redesign looks real good.
I would think that if you are a member in good standing there would be nothing wrong with you putting it on your card.

Wow, man... That looks really good. That is a big difference from the first version. Great work!
I don`t know what joining the PDTA would really do for you. You might as well start your own website and charge people $75 to be linked in your detailer locator. Membership in an organization that nobody knows about doesn`t give you credibility. The proof is in the pudding, so just do good work and expect to get referals based on that work.
For what its worth, I`m going to build a detailer locator in the new version of OCDetails.com that you are more than welcome to put your information in. Don`t pay $75 if all you get is your name on the web. There are plenty of places you can do that for free.
I don`t know why you would want to do that. Paying somebody $75 to belong to their site doesn`t make you a professional. It doesn`t even make you a detailer. All it means is that you know how to use PayPal. Anybody going to that site to find out what your credentials mean would be able to see that.Originally Posted by Shaun Carollo

I wouldn`t mind paying $75 just for "Professional Detailer`s Association Member" on my cards/brochures/site, but here is what you get for $75:
1. For the first time, Detailers can now buy Health Insurance at group rates through Association
Pros and PDTA Health Care Plan. This plan can cover you and your family, and also your
employees.
2. Business Insurance through Consumer Insurance Services. This policy is written especially
for PDTA members and avaliable all across the United States.
3. Member access to the Technical Service Bulletins -- Only dealers and manufacturers see
these. We currently haveover 37 OEM TSB`s in our library relating to vehicle finish conditions
and correct repair procedures.
4. Networking opportunities with your peers. We are planning several PDTA member only
events around the country where members can network together . We are planning a Detailers
Round Table at next years Mobile Tech Expo, plus some social events for the evenings.
5. National Promotions . We recently finished our first promotional activity, with our most
detailed car of 2004 poll, this was picked up by several magazines , and will be even bigger next
year. We will also be working with detailers and their own local media to promote professional
detailing in the next year in association with some of our supplier members.
7. Your business listed in our "find a detailer" section. This page is one of the most popular on
our web site , regularly receiving 2-300 visits a week.
8. Discounted car rental through Avis . Save over $50.00 on becoming a member of Avis
Preferred , and get 5-10 % off of published rates.
9. Permanent Discounts and special limited time offers from some of our supplier members.
I guess it`s worth it to me.

I guess if you are going at it full time and for a living then every little bit helps. I still think you`ll do better if you put "Vice President of Love Buzzard Enterprises" on the card.
One quick comment if it`s not too late...
The web version I`m seeing of your new card says "tailer". I checked an online dictionary. Should that read "tailor" instaed??
Card looks very pro.
Thank you scrub! I owe You! and I am joining the association I`ll let everyone know how it goes with them.
