Got some holograms on the hood. I would pay extra if it was someone that could sort of teach me so I could do it in the future.

Have you ever considered buying a machine/products and doing it yourself? It would be must less than hiring someone to do it for you. It`s not really too difficult.`

I have considered buying it, but I want someone to show me what to do in person first. I`m not much for watching Youtube. I need someone of quality to show me first

I totally understand. OTOH, If you start with a medium polish/pad, you have very little to worry about in regards to damaging your finish. There are tons of people that buy entry level polisher kits who have no clue at all that are able to get nice results. But regardless, I wish you all the best with your search.`

Will a medium polish and pad take holograms and swirls out? In my experience watching detailers, these can be a royal PITA to get out.

yes, a medium polish/pad setup will remove holograms

    `

a compound step is USUALLY where the holograms come from, then you need to refine...that is where most fail.

    `

holograms are from a rotary in the wrong hands.` its usually supposed to go like this:

    `

    compound (rotary)

    medium polish (da)

    light polish (da)

    wax
