Need mobile detailer or a shop in Sacramento for swirl and very light scratches

I have a bmw with Black Sapphire Metallic paint. There are swirl marks all over the car and a few light scratches. When I glide my hand over the scratches i don`t feel anything. Would it be possible to polish the paint back to near new conditons? I can upload pictures of the car if need be. Is there a detailer that specialize in this type of job near Sacramento?
