long beach scratch repair

I am not too good at paint touch up just yet, so I am passing this one along!

Who is in the long beach area that can do touch up repair? I think he has two scratches that are driving him insane!

It`s a Black 2007 F-150, and it is not metallic.

Hows the paint on these? Generally hard or soft? I`ve done plenty of touch ups on JB BMWs but not many other things lol. Recently did a couple on my RX and I can`t see them anymore...
