Why don`t you do what meguiarsonline does, and just start a thread announcing the location, date, and time of the event. Then keep adding to (editing) that initial post to include everyone that has signed up for the event.

ok since every ones times are different as fas as convenience, just PM and i will give you the address. any one and every one is welcome. i will have my flex, PC and hitachi there all the time as well as some products. bring your family, friends, pets...etc. if you guys wanna set up a meet, just let me ok.
