Just purchased a new white abarth with red side decals. Have had it for a week so the finish needs to be corrected and sealed with OptiCoat and Gtechniq`s C4 on the plastic trim.

I`m in the Pompano Beach area but will travel.

Provide examples and a quote and lets do business!

Why would you want C4 on the trim instead of OC? It won`t likely be as durable as OC (which, yes, is able to be applied to trim).

In South Florida you`re going to find there are a lot of hacks, so be careful. If you can wait long enough I`d get in touch with David Fermani and see what he can do when he makes the next trip down. Otherwise take a nice drive up to Tampa and let Garry Dean have at it.

I would second David or Garry.

I`ve been putting Opti coat on several classics without worry trim and all. Anything new I would have no reservations.
One day I`ll get to do my own car.

These names have been posted a few times on this forum. I will defiantly inquire with both of them to see if/when they are available.

Ive had it for a week and I`m resisting the temptation to wash the car, since im sure ill do more damage than good.

I`m actually working from the advice suggested in my other thread:

    http://www.autopia.org/forum/car-det...orkaholic.html

It was suggested that those two products would yield the best results.

    Thanks for your advice!
