In their catalog, the "talking alarm" says these things:

    1. Please help me!
    2. I`ve been tampered with!
    3. You are too close -- please move away! (my favorite )
    4. Thank you.
    5. Please adjust sensor now!
    6. System armed!
    7. System disarmed

Personally, I want the alarm so that when people are leaning against my car I can reach in my pocket and press the "You are too close -- PLEASE MOVE AWAY!" button. Then the "Thank You" button if you are feeling friendly.

You can get it at wal mar. that is not high quality. If you want one that alerts pepole if there to close you need to go to a car audi shop and buy it

In certain Viper alarms, that is an optional module. You might have to either go to a car audio shop or alarm shop.
