I have some family and friends interested in having me detail their car, I think its just because I am the only one they know who has a clue about it (to them anyway, I look like a fool around here )

Anyway, I do not have any real tools or equipment, so it would be more like a really good cleaning rather then a detail. I`m talking OTC products applied by hand.

I will make sure they understand that I cant remove scratches, swirls, that kind of thing, and not to expect to much. I was planning on washing it, megs 3 step, wash it again and dress it all up for them. Inside just vaccume maybe shampoo, whipe it down, maybe some dressing.

No idea how long it will take, but probobly around 5 hours I would guess, what do you think is a fair price to charge?

I`d bump it up to $75 for a 3-step, and partly it depends on the size of the vehicle. You wouldn`t do a 15-passenger E350 commuter van for the same price as a cavalier.
