Bumping this up to the top, looks awesome. All you need is a roboreel (Trust me, they are worth every penny... I used to have the spring wound one till it wiped me a little to hard.)
Glad you did Driver. Wow Mike! Great place to work/ play in.
Beautiful, and I am checking out the RoboReel.
Edit: $689.99 + $30 shipping on Amazon, ouch, but it looks like a cool unit.

The shop looks amazing.
One day when I get my own garage... garage renovation > house renovation
I wash in the garage only, I hate waterspots. The sun is my biggest enemy detailing + menzerna hates the sun too. You just need to evac water quickly when you wash. The first step is making sure the garage is designed right. A good builder can make a garage "almost" level with a slight tilt so the water drains out. Next step is a solid epoxy coat, I don`t use race deck or tiles for that reason alone. I just squeegee out the water once the wash is done. As far as the walls, they completely waltrac so water just beads right off an usually washes off any polish that flies around every once in while.
If you plan on washing in the garage just remember keep everything off the floor or on wheels.
Congratulations on the shop! when Pats show up he`ll be needing a wash, so don`t let a customer go home with a dirty car.....

What is the waltrac? I really hope to do up my garage some day so I can wash in there. Here in California most garage walls are just open wood studs, sometimes drywalled. I have to wash my cars either very late in the day or what I do most of the time be outside 20-30 mins before the sun peaks over the mountains if I don`t want water spots.
You might be looking into some type of Water Based Catalyzed Epoxy that has resistant to water.
