It took alot of years to get it to this point, and it`s still not totally done. I want to have the floors acid etched and would like at least one 4 post lift. Some year! The first floor is all masonary block with hard coat plaster applied, if you havent had the pleasure of apply base board and the bottom piece of crown with tapcon into concrete its a lot of hammer drilling, tapcons, filling and sanding. The second story is simply add a room trusses with plaster walls. The building is 30x60.
