    Re: Post your collection..

My sort of new setup. Been detailing my daily driver and show cars for 10yrs, but finally stepping up and getting good stuff to use on my STi and Mk1 Rabbit. In Minnesota with a non insulated garage, my chemicals are in my spare room in the house. This is the setup I`ll plan on moving into garage when it`s heated/insulated.

The sliding totes have lids, so a lot have microfibers, waffle weaves, wash mits n sponges. Chems, waxes, misc stuff in the center black shelves. Bulk gallons, wash buckets, leaf blower and odd things on right.

Open to suggestions or comments. Getting into detailing more and like collecting new products to test.

I like your set up with the bins sliding into the wood frames.

    Hey
mrclean81, how do you like that handheld steamer? Was thinking of getting one. Where do you use it? Does it put out enough pressure? Thanks!

In the same boat. Almost bought one but I wanted to see one used in a car and not just a home carpet spot test

Also would like info on the spot remover. I`ve seen a few on eBay for cheap and was thinking about getting one for emergencies.

I bought one to use on my 1996 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) that I bought in Nov of 2015. I wouldn`t use it to do a whole interior! (But i think I might anyway). It took a fairly long time to do a small section of about 4" x 8" - But again, it`s a 1996 and I`m sure it`s never had a proper Autopian style cleaning. Not even sure if it`s been detailed aside from basic washes. So the seat I was using it was pretty dirty.

Some YouTube videos of it in action (not mine) exist.

edit: here`s one video. Same user, i believe, has another one as well.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEADOkbNFyQ
